Blessings by Ganesh, Claims no special expertise. only we begin each morning with what, in Zen, is called, "Beginner's Mind." so we awake refrehed, alive, in awe at the newness of life, of it all. Absent ego, vanity and the cloud of the stories of our past, we are free to perceive and recieve the Joys of the present moment. Or, as in the ancient text, the Art of War, or the more recent movie, the Last Samurai, we live--and die--indeed, with every breath, as did the ancient Samurai Warrior. Thus he savored every sip of tea, knowing it could be his last. Or, as Swami puts it: "'My wife says to me: How do you do it? It is as if every time you look at me, you are seeing me for first time!' It's like Alzhiemers without the nasty medical side effects. Haha!" So our Swami has a sense of humor too! Seriously, it is simply about waking up. "I was asleep. Now I am awake." This is what everyone says after they recieve their first blessing. (And, awake and in-bed, many of both sexes have said, 'they enjoyed the best sex of their lives. Again, and again, and again!!!')
